    Two music icons are set to take part in one of the industry’s most prestigious celebrations.

    According to Variety, Janet Jackson is set to make a special appearance at the 2026 Grammy Hall of Fame Gala, while Erykah Badu has joined the event’s performance lineup.

    The gala, scheduled for May 8 at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, will celebrate the induction of Jackson’s landmark album Rhythm Nation 1814 into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

    Badu is expected to perform as part of a tribute alongside George Clinton, honoring influential recordings recognized at the event.

    The ceremony will celebrate 14 recordings spanning decades of music history, including works from artists such as 2Pac, Radiohead, and Selena.
