The multi-platinum rapper and singer joins forces with the Grammy-winning producer and DJ for a genre-blending new single that finds Leray reflecting on lost love while celebrating the determination and ambition that helped transform her life and career.
The Zev York-directed music video brings the song’s themes of transformation and versatility to life by placing Leray inside a recording studio surrounded by several lookalike versions of herself. Following a busy stretch of new releases and collaborations, “Nothing Into Something” gives Leray another opportunity to explore a different sonic lane while maintaining the confidence and personal storytelling that have become central to her music.
