The stage is set for an action-packed night of mixed martial arts as the official weigh-ins for PFL Chicago conclude ahead of the event at Wintrust Arena. Liz Carmouche and Jena Bishop will headline the card in a historic showdown to crown the first PFL Women’s Flyweight World Champion.

According to the Professional Fighters League’s official event announcement, Liz “Girl-Rilla” Carmouche (26-8) weighed in at 125.0 pounds, while Jena Bishop (11-3) registered 124.6 pounds ahead of their championship fight. Carmouche enters the matchup as a former Bellator Champion and 2025 PFL World Tournament Champion. Bishop brings elite grappling credentials as an IBJJF No-Gi World Champion and ADCC veteran, setting up a highly anticipated battle for the inaugural 125-pound title.

In the co-main event, undefeated Timur Khizriev (18-0) returns to competition against Gabriel Braga (17-3). Khizriev weighed in at 145.4 pounds, while Braga registered 145.8 pounds for their featherweight matchup. The former 2024 PFL Featherweight World Tournament Champion is returning after recovering from injuries sustained during an armed attack, while Braga looks to avenge a previous defeat.

The women’s strawweight matchup between Benita van Rooij and Giuliany Perea has been removed after Perea was not medically cleared to compete. The event will proceed with 13 bouts, with preliminary action beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET on the ESPN App for eligible ESPN Unlimited subscribers. The main card begins at 11:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes.
