The Big Brother house isn’t closing anytime soon. CBS has officially renewed the long-running reality competition for Seasons 29 and 30, giving the franchise a major two-season pickup following the conclusion of its 28th season. The renewal was announced during the October 1st live finale.

The renewal extends a run that began in 2000 and has now surpassed 1,000 episodes. Season 29 is expected to return in summer 2027, with casting already underway as CBS prepares to keep one of its longest-running reality franchises on the air through at least Season 30.
