Previous scholarship supporters include DJ Khaled, Megan Thee Stallion, NBA All-Star LaMelo Ball, and Grammy-winning engineer and producer Young Guru, who also serves as director of the school’s Music Technology, Entrepreneurship & Production program. Established in Fall 2021 in Brooklyn, New York, the Roc Nation School combines academic coursework with immersive experiences designed to prepare students for careers in music, entrepreneurship, sports business, management, and performance. The institution also provides Roc Nation Hope Scholarships to 25% of enrolled students, offering four-year full-tuition support to academically competitive, New York-based incoming freshmen demonstrating significant financial need. Located in JAY-Z’s hometown, the school continues to expand educational access through partnerships with influential artists and industry leaders.
