R&B singer and songwriter Sammie is continuing his musical journey with the announcement of his upcoming single, “GOYARD,” arriving Friday, October 16th, 2026. The new release follows his recent songs “Old Alone” and “AYO,” marking another chapter in the Atlanta-based artist’s recording career. Alongside the single, Sammie is preparing an official music video directed by PhillyFlyBoy, who previously collaborated with the singer on visuals for both of his preceding releases.

According to an official announcement from Star Camp Entertainment, “GOYARD” represents the latest installment in Sammie’s ongoing series of new music releases. The upcoming track continues his efforts to connect with longtime supporters while introducing his evolving R&B sound to new listeners. The accompanying music video reunites Sammie with PhillyFlyBoy, maintaining the visual collaboration established through “Old Alone” and “AYO.” The announcement did not disclose additional details about the song’s lyrical themes or confirm whether it will appear on a forthcoming album.

Sammie first gained national attention in 1998 after appearing on Showtime at the Apollo. His debut album, From the Bottom to the Top, arrived in 2000 and earned Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. Following a period focused on education, he returned with his self-titled sophomore album in 2006 and subsequently released projects including Indigo, Coming of Age, Everlasting, and Such Is Life. Throughout his career, Sammie has maintained a presence on the live performance circuit, touring with Tank and participating in multiple editions of The Millennium Tour.
