Eva Longoria may be forever associated with Gabrielle Solis, but there’s one viewer she doesn’t plan on introducing to Wisteria Lane: her young son. The actress revealed that she has no intention of letting him watch Desperate Housewives.

The actress, 51, who is starring in Prime Video’s new film, The Last Sunrise (based on the beloved novel), recently chatted with PEOPLE for this week’s One Last Thing. Asked about the last time she watched her hit ABC series Desperate Housewives, Longoria admitted her son has become a little “obsessed” with memes of her character Gabrielle Solis on YouTube.
“So lately I’ve been seeing a lot just because of him discovering it,” she says. “He asks, ‘Mom, when can I watch it?’ And I’m like, ‘Never.’”
While Desperate Housewives remains one of Longoria’s most recognizable projects, the actress is keeping Gabrielle Solis separate from her role as a mom — at least when it comes to what her son watches.
